Grilled Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

  • SLICE 15 JALAPENOS LENGTHWISE AND REMOVE SEEDS.
  • 8oz CREAM CHEESE- SPICED UP(GARLIC POWDER, CHILI POWDER AND CAYENNE PEPPER)SOFTENED -TO TASTE
  • 2oz SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2oz SHREDDED MONTERAY JACK(I USE WITH JALAPENOS FOR THAT EXTRA KICK)
  • 15 STRIPS OF BACON CUT IN HALF
  • 30 TOOTHPICKS - SOAKED IN WATER



  • Method:

  • MIX THE SPICED CREAM CHEESE AND SHREDDED CHEESES IN A BOWL
  • FILL THE JALAPENO HALVES.
  • WRAP EACH JALAPENO WITH A SLICE OF BACON AND SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK.
  • GRILL FOR 5 MINS ON THE BOTTOM SIDE FIRST THEN FLIP AND GRILL 5 MORE MINS ON THE TOP.
  • MAKE SURE TO SPRAY THE GRILL RACKS WITH PAM OR ANOTHER NONSTICK SPRAY SO THE PEPPERS DONT STICK. ENJOY!!!!!!!
