Lemon-pecan Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cMayonnaise
2 cPecans (chopped); toasted
1/4 cCapers; drained,
1/4 cGreen onions; minced
1/4 cParsley (fresh); chopped
2 ts Cornichons; drained, chopped
2 ts Lemon zest
1Salt
1Cayenne pepper
Method:
Mix together well.Salt and pepper to taste(t-t). Refrigerate. Serve
with seafood as desired.
