Grilled Ham With Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
8 oz Pineapple;crushed,drained 2 tb Orange Marmalade 1 tb Cilantro;fresh,chopped 2 ts Jalapeno Pepper;fresh -chopped 2 ts Lime Juice 1/4 ts Salt 1 1/2 lb Ham; 3/4 to 1 inch, fully -cooked, center cut slice
Method:
Grill Directions: : Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all salsa ingrediants; mix well. : When ready to grill, place ham on gas grill or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 20 minutes until thoroughly heated, turning 2 or 3 times. Serve with pineapple salsa. Broiler Directions: : Prepare salsa as directed above. Place ham on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning 2 or 3 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
