1 lb Beef2Eggs 1(16 oz.) can corn, drained1/4 cParmesan cheese 1(16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 ts Oregano 1 cHot salsa sauce 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1/2 tb Chili powder 12Taco shells 1(16 oz.) cottage cheese 1 cShredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat and drain.Add corn, tomato sauce, hot sauce and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.Combine cottage and Parmesan cheeses, eggs, oregano and garlic salt.Mix well.Arrange 6 shells on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.Top with 1/2 of the meat mixture. Spoon cheese mixture onto meat, add 6 more shells; add remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and put back in oven to melt. Serve with corn muffins.
