Gails Rice And Spelt Flour Bread (gluten Free)


packet)1 1/2 ts Salt
1 cBrown rice flour1 1/3 cNonfat dry milk powder,
1 cWhite rice flour -melted
1 cSpelt flour 2 lg Eggs, well beaten
3 1/2 ts Xanthan gum 1 3/4 cWarm Water
1/4 c+ 2 tsp sugar



1. Place all ingredients, except the warm water, in the bread pan and
press start.While the machine is kneading, gradually pour in the
water. If the dough does not mix well, use a rubber spatula to assist.

2. After the baking cycle ends, remove from the pan and place on a
wire rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
