Hersheys Premium Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cButter, softened 1 1/2 cSugar 2Eggs 2 ts Vanilla extract 2 cAll purpose flour 2/3 cHersheys cocoa 3/4 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 1 3/4 cHersheys semi-sweet Chocolate chunks 1/2 cChopped nuts, optional
Method:
heat oven to 350 f.In a large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt;add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts, if desired.Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until set.cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.Cool completely. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
