Grilled Fruit Kabobs
Ingredients:
1/4 cup splenda
1 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cantelope
1 pineapple
1 pint strawberries
8 wooden skewers
Method:
In a small saucepan, combine first five ingredients.
Heat on low unitl it starts to bubble and then let cool.
Cut fruit into 1 inch cubes. Hull strawberries and keep them whole.
Thread onto skewers and brish with glaze
Grill, turning frequently and brushing on more glaze until evenly browned
