Cut avocados in half length ways and remove the seed.
Use a knife to cut or better yet mash the avocado but leave it in the skin so it can act as a bowl.
Fill the avocado halves with as many prawns as you can manage and mix the prawns and avocado roughly. The idea is to have mainly prawns on top and avocado underneath with chunks of avocado amoung the prawns on the top.
Squeeze lemon juice to taste and seafood sauce to taste as well.
