Rosemary-garlic Potatoes Martha Stewart Style

Ingredients:

  • 1-tbspn olive oil
  • 2-cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2-lbs red new potatoes, scrubbed and slied thinly
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper



  • Method:

  • Combine oil, garlic, and rosemary in a 2-qt microwave safe dish with a lid.
  • Cover and microwave on high until garlic is fragrant...usually 1 minute at the least.
  • Sstir in potatoes.
  • Cover, and mocrowave on high until potatoes are tneder, 13-15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper
