Joshs Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/3 c. flour1 1/2 tsp.baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1 340 gram pkg chocolate chips, divided1/2 c. softened butter3/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs, lightly beatenicing sugar
Method:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.In seperate bowl, melt 1 c. chocolate chips, set aside.Beat butter with sugar, stir in melted chocolate and the vanilla. Beat in eggsStir in the flour mixture. Add remaining chips, cover dough and chill for 1 hour (altough I am impatient, and have skipped this step...worked out fine!)Shape into 1" balls, roll in icing sugarPlace on baking sheet, bake at 350ΒΊ 10 - 12 minutes, until tops crack.Cool and remove.
