Pepsi Meatloaf

 Ingredients:

  • 2 LBS Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp.Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Pepsi Cola
  • 1 Cup or More Italian Bread Crumbs

    Method:

  • Mix altogether shape into loaf.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • I wanted meatloaf and didnt have much to put in one.So I kind of came up with this.Very Very Moist and so good.
  • Can also cook this in the crockpot on Low for 4-5 hours then check for doneness.I am cooking my in CP right now!
