Amazingly Good Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 pack saltine crackers
  • Onion to taste (opt. - recipe is even easier without it!)
  • 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (in the can)
  • Pam spray
  • Olive oil



  • Method:

  • Thaw turkey, if needed.
  • Roll crackers in a ziplock bag to crush.
  • Chop onion, if using.
  • Place turkey in large bowl. Add crackers, onion, and spaghetti sauce. Add as much Parmesan cheese as needed to form burgers.
  • Make 8-10 burgers, denting in the middle of each one.
  • Spray large skillet; heat oil over medium heat.
  • Fry burgers slowly.
  • Serve with ketchup and spicy mustard on a wheat bun.
