Beat all ingredients (corn oil not included)until fluffy and and in oil and mix well.
Pour batter into a lined an greased 20 square tin and bake for 108 Celsius for 35 to 45 minutes until cooked, remove and cool on a rack.
Banana Mouse
Double boil all ingredient (B) until desolved Beat (C) till stiff,
(A) and (B) mix well.
slice sponge cake into to 2 pieces in side way and place one piece in the 20cm loose base square tin. Pour banana mousse on the top and cover with another piece of the sponge cake and chill for 2 to 3 hours
Whisk non daily whipping cream until stiff, spread on the mousse cake and placed the thinly sliced banana one over lapping the other on top
Be sure to cut the banana last so the it wont oxidize.
