Avocado Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled and pitted
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 c creme fraiche or sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1/4 c cold water
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate.
Because this is so light it does not last long in storage.
