1/4 pound shitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps thinly sliced
3 large garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup water
shredded monterey jack cheese
preheat oven to 425 F
cut asparagus into 1 1/2 inch pieces. in large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. add onion and mushrooms. cook for 8 mins.
add asparagus, garlic, salt, pepper and water; cover and cook for about 5 mins. remove from heat.
flatten 2 pieces dough to 1/8 inch thickeness, about 10 inches in diameter. sprinkle jack cheese on each piece of dough then spread with equal amounts of vegetable mixture. sprinkle each with parmesan cheese.
bake pizzas for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese melts.
