Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 c of buckwheat flour
  • 1 c of low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/8 tspn of cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tspn of salt
  • 1/8 tspn of nutmeg
  • 2 tbspn of brown sugar
  • 1/8 tspn of cloves
  • 1 tspn of baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn of baking soda
  • 1 tbspn of butter, melted



  • Method:

  • In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients together first then your going to add the rest of the ingredient.
  • Whip all that together till everything is moistened.
  • Now your ready to start pouring them on your griddle and make pancakes.
