Sweet Pineapple Salsa

 Ingredients:

  • Ingredients
  • 1 Lg Tomatoe peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small chopped sweet onions
  • 2 cups diced pineapple or tidbits
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 seeded and deveined chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

    •

    Method:

  • peel and chop tomato, onion, jalapeno
  • put in medium bowl
  • add drained pineapple, bell pepper, lime juice and cilantro
  • stir and season to taste. some like to add a little salt.
  • i like to add a little chopped garlic.
  • stir and serve
  • you can place ontop of grilled chicken, shrimp or fish. i can eat it with chips also.
