Amazing Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
3 cups flour, more or less
1 heaping tablespoon honey
1 heaping tablespoon oil
1 cup warm water
1 packet yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
Mix all ingredients except for flour
Add flour and knead until you have a ball of dough
I let the dough sit and rise a bit but that is optional. The more it rises, the fluffier it seems to be.
I cook it on a pizza stone but you can use a pizza pan/sheet, etc.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking often.
