Grilled Beef With Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
BEEF2 tbsp canola oil2 beef tenderions 3/4 lb each1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. ground red pepper1/2 tsp of saltPINEAPPLE SALSA1 can pineapple tidbits, drained4 medium spring onion, sliced1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped2 tbsp. cinlantro leaves, chopped1/2 tsp. greated lime peel2 tsp. lime juice1/4 tsp salt
Method:
Heat grill. Rub tsp of oil into each beef tenderoin, sprinkly with pepper and salt.Carefully brushed grill rack with oil. Place beef on grill over medium heat. Cover grill, cook for 20-30 minutes. Turning occationally, until beef has slightly blush of pink in the center.Meanwhile in medium bowl, mix salsa ingredients. Cut beef into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with salsa.Serve with side of vegetables and mash potatoe.
